I’m a U.S. Air Force Veteran, technology professional, and real estate investor who built wealth through rental properties while working full-time.

But I didn’t start out wealthy.

In 2014, I was working as a housekeeper, cook, and retail employee making $8 an hour.

I joined the U.S. Air Force to change my trajectory, and that’s where I discovered personal finance and real estate and began taking control of my financial future.

Since then, I’ve built a multimillion-dollar rental portfolio, bought properties with little to no money down, made expensive mistakes, and learned what actually works. I didn’t get here through shortcuts. I built wealth using boring, repeatable systems that compound over time.

I don’t teach theory. I teach what I’ve done, and what I still do in real life.
