Everything I teach comes from experience, building wealth from the ground up while working full-time, growing through wins and lessons learned.

I'm Ernest.

I’m a U.S. Air Force Veteran, enterprise tech sales executive, and real estate investor with a $3M+ real estate portfolio.

I didn’t start with money, connections, or a real estate background.

In 2014, I worked as a housekeeper, cook, and in retail making $8 an hour.

I joined the U.S. Air Force to change my trajectory. During that time, I discovered personal finance and real estate investing and began building my real estate portfolio while still working full-time.

Since then, I’ve built a multimillion-dollar rental portfolio, bought properties with little to no money down, made costly mistakes, and learned what actually works.
